We appreciate your interest in becoming a vendor for our annual 420 Festival with Town Brewing and Rhino Market! We are excited to bring together a diverse group of vendors and artists to create an exceptional experience for our attendees. Please take a few moments to read over our guidelines and complete this form. Your response will help us understand your offerings and how they align with our festival's atmosphere and theme.

All booth spaces are outdoors and require a 10'x10' tent with weights on each leg. We also have a small number of 6'x5' sidewalk spaces available, where only a table (and no covering) is required. If you're interested in a booth space larger than 10'x10', we can accomodate a limited number of 10'x20' spaces.

Vendor Deposits:
10'x10' Booth Space - $100.00
10'x20' Booth Space - $200.00
6'x5' Sidewalk Space - $50.00

*Depending on dates and deadlines, some options may not be available.

Vendor Agrees to:

1. Payment in full before the agreed deadline (all deposits are due 1 month before event) *deposits are non-refundable (excluding total event cancelation). This event is rain or shine. Only during extreme weather situations deemed unfit for public safety will the event be postponed or canceled.

2. Supply their own tent, tent weights, tables, chairs and general booth setup. All tents and displays must be free-standing and secured with weights. Tent weights are MANDATORY! We don't want your tent flying away and potentially injuring someone. If you arrive without tent weights, some can be provided for an additional $50.00 fee.

3. No power or water will be provided.

4. Employees: The vendor agrees to have their employees operate a booth or display while the event is open to the general public and to keep their area clean and orderly.

5. Promote only products or services in this application; space is not subleased.

6. All vendors must be on location at least 2 hours before opening and can not break down the booth until after the duration of the event (load in times will be provided closer to the event).

7. Vendors must agree to leave the area free of trash and any other items when they leave.

8. All vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with festival guests, fellow vendors, and festival staff.
