Refund policy
We accept returns on most unused products within their original, unopened packaging, up to 15 days after the order has been placed. If the product has been used, even just once, we cannot accept the return.
To start a return, please email us at info@infinitysend.com. Once your order has been reviewed, if accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@infinitysend.com.
We can never accept returns on the following items:
Detox - We have to ensure that the product has stayed in a room temperature environment and has not been tampered with. Returns due to unsuccessful use may be taken up with the respective manufacturer by the customer.
Body Jewelry & Earrings - We cannot accept returns on any body-based jewelry due to hygienic and sanitary standards.
Consumables - We cannot accept returns due to hygienic and sanitary standards.
Crystals, Spiritual Gifts, Tools & Resources - We ensure all crystals and spiritual items have been cleansed with sage before shipping.
Scales - All scales are calibrated and tested before shipping.
Closeout & Sale - All sales are final for all sale and closeout products.
*If a returned item is deemed used upon inspection, it is immediately destroyed. The used item cannot be replaced, a refund cannot be issued, and we will take action to prevent any future orders from that customer account.
