Mugwort, or "Artemisia Vulgaris" is an herb that lives in Northern Europe, Asia, Alaska and North America. It's said to make your dreams more vivid, improve recall and to give "divine visions". It's sometimes referred to as the "travelers protection herb". The active compound in Mugwort, Thujone, is sort of like a stepping stone to lucid dreams. Not a substitute for lucid dreaming, but helps push your brain in the right direction. Mugwort is also often used to sooth upset stomachs, relax the nervous system, stimulate/regulate menstruation and to help with gastric and skin disorders.
